Lusher Gardens was founded by Bob, a professional gardener with over ten years’ hands-on experience caring for and designing gardens across Sussex and Surrey. With a background rooted in day-to-day garden maintenance as well as thoughtful planting and garden design, the business has grown from a deep understanding of how gardens actually work — in real soils, real weather, and real conditions. This practical experience shapes every irrigation system, ensuring it supports healthy plants, strong root growth and long-term garden resilience rather than simply delivering water.

A keen environmentalist, Bob is passionate about working with nature rather than against it. Water is used carefully and efficiently, systems are designed to minimise waste, and plant health is always the starting point. The aim is simple: to help gardens thrive in a changing climate while respecting precious natural resources. Every project is approached in a personal, friendly and collaborative way, with clear advice and solutions tailored to each individual garden.
